Can we upgrade an existing CarouselPort to CarouselAI?
Yes. Existing customers in Europe & North America with a CarouselPort (4.0 version) can retrofit it with the CarouselAI Upgrade. This provides the additional hardware and software components used to build the CarouselAI solution.
CarouselAI Upgrade can be ordered through the AutoStore integration partner who installed and manages your AutoStore system. Contact them for further details.

What is the maximum throughput rate of CarouselAI?
A single CarouselAI workstation can perform with a maximum throughput rate of up to 650 units picked per hour (UPH):
- Can operate non-stop for 16 hours or more.
- Each additional CarouselAI workstations will increase your maximum picking capacity by an extra 650 UPH.

What is the expected lead-time for ordering CarouselAI?
The estimated lead-time for ordering CarouselAI is approximately 12 weeks to be delivered from our manufacturing plant and installed on-site. You should add an additional day for installation for every additional new CarouselAI unit or CarouselAI Upgrade unit.
