The Design

Future-proof design that scales as you grow.

The modular design of AutoStore means extending the Grid is pain-free. Like adding a room to your house, Grid extensions are isolated to an islolated area having no impact or downtime to regular operations during construction. All that's needed is a flat floor and common hand tools to put it all together.

Chilled & Frozen

Advanced climate-controlled storage.

The AutoStore Multi-Temperature Solution™ is a cutting-edge storage solution for frozen and chilled environments, with a temperature range of -25°C (-13°f) to +6°C (42.8°F).

The innovative temperature zone technology enables the storage of both chilled and frozen goods in the same Grid.

Building the AutoStore™ Grid is only a little more complex than putting together a handful of LEGO™ blocks. All AutoStore components are standardized modules that are simple to assemble and easy to connect; there are only 17 different parts.

Tracks

An express railway for robots.

The Grid is topped off with tracks running in X and Y directions, allowing the robots to access any cell inside the Grid. The standard Double/Double Grid (DDG) provides a double rail in both directions, allowing robots to pass each other on all sides.

Flexible

Mix three Bin sizes in one Grid

 

Meet rising customer expectations with FlexBins, a powerful new feature in your AutoStore Grid that allows storage of all three Bin sizes in one system. Effortlessly combine small, fast-moving products with larger, bulky, or irregular items in a single, efficient solution. FlexBins eliminates the need for separate storage areas or external systems, streamlining processes from picking and packing to buffering and kitting—all within AutoStore.

Grid Bracer

Eliminate the need for structural support.

The Grid Bracer™ is a module that can be added to the AutoStore Double/Double Grid to make the Grid self-supporting.

With the Grid Bracer there is no need for additional structural construction to the Grid around pillars or to walls. This adds flexibility and significantly reduces system installation lead time and costs.
